KPN says America Movil's offer "moderately positive"

AMSTERDAM, May 8 (Reuters) - Dutch telecoms group KPN
said on Tuesday that America Movil's offer to
buy a stake in the company was "moderately positive", showing
that KPN shares were undervalued.
